sprat (fresh) - 1kg

eegg - 2 pcs.

wheat flour - 1 tbsp

green onion - 1/2 beam

salt, black pepper - to taste

In order to prepare fishballs of sardelle in Odessa style you should jill the fish and take out guts and backbone. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add a spoonful of flour, chives and put the fish in the mixture. Fry fishballs in batter in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
