Ingredients:
Mussels - 400
grams
Onions - 150
grams
Butter - 50
grams.
Salt
Freshly ground
black pepper
Melt the butter in
a frying pan. Chop finely the onions. Add them to the pan and fry them for 2-3
minutes. Then add mussels. If they begin to acquire a bright reddish color, the
dish is ready. Season them with salt and pepper. This will give a great smell to
the dish. Fried mussels are ready!
