Ingredients:
- zucchini -1kg
- sunflower-seed oil - 2-3 tablespoons
- salt-0.5-1 teaspoon
- flour - 0.25 of a glass,
- garlic - 5-6 cloves
- dill - to taste
- sour cream - to taste
Wash zucchinis,
clean them, rinse them again and cut them into large circles (1 cm thick) - so
they will be more juicy, and cooking time will be reduced., Add salt evenly to all
the slices. Tilt the dish with zucchini, leave it in that position for 10
minutes to drain the juice. Roll the zucchinis in flour and fry them in a very
hot sunflower oil. When frying zucchini, add sunflower oil as it is needed,
without removing the pan from the stove. Serve the zucchini with a mixture of
sour cream and garlic. Grind the garlic and mix with sour cream, a pinch of
salt and dill, stir it to get a consistency of thick cream. Sour cream can be replaced
with mayonnaise.
