Ingredients.
For the dough:
milk - 2 cups
flour - 2 cups
eggs - 2 pcs.
sugar - 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
salt - to taste
For filling:
cottage cheese - 500g
butter - 2 teaspoons (or 2 teaspoons of sour cream)
egg - 1 pc.
sugar - 2 tablespoons
vanillin - to taste
vegetable oil for frying
Grind eggs with salt and sugar, add the sifted flour and stir to avoid lumps, gradually pour in milk and still stirring add the vegetable oil. Sprinkle the pan with salt, heat it, pour in the dough so that it coveres the entire bottom of the pan. When the pancake begins to rise along the edges, remove it and turn it over. To prepare the stuffing grind the cheese, add the butter and 2 teaspoons of sour cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir everything thoroughly. Stuff ready-made pancakes with cheese. They can be rolled up in tube, an envelope or a triangle. Fry pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides.
